Will I need new gaskets or clamps to bolt this on?

Gaskets and clamps are not included with this system. Grab new ones at install time — reusing old gaskets often leads to leaks. Standard exhaust gaskets and stainless steel clamps work fine here.

Does this bolt straight to the factory cat, or do I need an adapter?

This is a catback system, so it connects directly to your existing catalytic converter. No adapter needed — it's a direct bolt-on fit.

Does stainless steel need any prep or coating before install?
