Will I need new bolts or gaskets to install this header?

Plan to source new header bolts and a quality header gasket before installation. The header assembly itself is sold standalone — fasteners and sealing materials are not included.

Does this header require any prep work or painting before I bolt it on?

Stainless steel doesn't rust, so there's no painting required. You can bolt it directly to your engine. Over time, the collector may develop heat discoloration, which is normal and doesn't affect function.

Will this header fit with my current exhaust system?

Test-fit the collector outlet to your existing downpipe or mid-pipe before committing to installation. Collector diameter and outlet shape should be verified for a clean connection — adapters or custom exhaust work may be needed depending on your setup.
