Are these bulbs the right brightness, or do I need to upgrade them later?

H8 clear bulbs are included and matched to factory fog light output. They're ready to go as-is.

Will these bolt straight to my car, or do I need to drill or modify anything?

They mount at factory locations using existing holes — no drilling or body modification needed. Just bolt and wire.
