Will this grille need paint or prep before I install it?

The grille ships ready to bolt on. If you want the mesh to match a custom paint scheme, light scuffing and primer will prepare the surface—but it's not required for installation.

Does this come with the fasteners I need to mount it?

Hardware is not confirmed with this assembly. Grab the fasteners from your factory grille removal, or source stainless bolts to match your upper grille bolt pattern before you start the swap.
